Acceptable Mailing List Data Formats:

At Mailrite Inc. we are very versatile in what types of files we can accept from our clients. For purposes of mailing address databases, we accept files primarily in the following formats:

Microsoft Excel Files (.xls or .xlsx)

dBase / Foxpro Files (.dbf)

Delimited Files (.txt or .csv)

Microsoft Access Files (.mdb or .accdb)

While we are also able to accept files in a few other (generally legacy) formats, we recommend one of the four basic types highlighted above, for reasons of compatibility and data retention. If your file type doesn't appear on our list, or if you're not sure what file type you have, please call to consult with us.

For fastest turnaround and to ensure the best results, Mailrite Inc. recomends you submit your data in accordance with the following field guidelines:

Uploading Your Files:

We can accept your data file via email or you are welcome to use our integrated File Uploader. It doesn't get much easier then our simple three step process:

1. Click on the "Browse" button;
2. Browse for your file and click "Open"
3. Then click "Upload". You're done!!!
