Staff
Gary Henricksen, President and Owner
Gary has years of high-level marketing experience with both public and private companies. He was president of Schleicher & Schuell BioScience and vice president of marketing at several international corporations including Markem Corporation, both in Keene, NH; Pall Corporation in East Hills, NY; IGEN International in Gaithersburg, MD; and Whatman International in Florham Park, NJ. As board president of the Keene Family YMCA from 2006-10, Gary led a $10 million capital campaign to build a new facility. He has also raised money for the Monadnock Regional School District, the Partner City Committee of Keene, and the Rotary. A native of Seattle, he is a former Marine Corps officer. Gary enjoyes gardening at his restored New England farmhouse and playing disc golf with his sons. See Gary’s Linkedin profile.

Carl Hirth, Sales and Account Manager
Since 1989, Carl has gained broad experience working closely with large and small, nonprofit and for-profit clients, involving every possible type of mailing. Before coming to Mailrite, he was a planner at the NH/VT Solid Waste Project, director of an international organization training Southeast Asian refugees, and manager of the Brattleboro Food Coop. He also served as board president at Northeast Food Cooperatives and Brattleboro Tennis Club. Carl learned to speak fluent Thai when he was a Peace Corps volunteer and trainer in Thailand in the 1960s. An avid tennis player, he has captained a men’s doubles team that twice made it to the USTA League National Tournament.

Karen Wacker, Account Manager
Karen came to Mailrite in 1998, bringing with her valuable experience as a customer service representative in the printing industry with Quebecor and Old Colony Envelope, as well as in the travel industry. A devoted motorcyclist, she and her husband have traveled widely around the country and in Europe.

Carol Martin, Operations Manager and Data Processing Supervisor
Carol has extensive operations management experience with both large corporations—she previously worked in the aerospace industry in New Jersey—as well as with small businesses here in Vermont. Carol has been with Mailrite since 2007 and she is currently restoring her historic Vermont home.

Associate: Deborah Holman, Development Writer
An independent writer, Deb was until 2009 the Director of Advancement Communications for the Northfield Mount Herman School. She has been a writer and communications director for non-profits for over 10 years. Deb’s expertise is available to Mailrite’s clients for development writing and editing.
